WHAT TO EXPECT -
You are welcome at Samasaya Garden, located in the middle of a jungle and coffee plantations with beautiful rice fields views at the foot of Batukaru Mountain.

WHAT TO EXPECT -
You are welcome at Samasaya Garden, located in the middle of a jungle and coffee plantations with beautiful rice fields views at the foot of Batukaru Mountain.
You will cook with the Indonesian celebrity chef Lonny Gerungan who had his own tv cooking show "The Reistafel" for 8 years on the Dutch TV and he is author of more than 15 cookbooks.
Cooking with vegetables and herbs from our own Samasaya organic garden that you will pick up together with the chef. -

There is no fixed menu, you can choose which Indonesian dishes you want to learn to cook. (max 8 dishes, please let us know in advance which dishes).
-We never use MSG.
-Only traditional kitchen utilities are used.
- The workshop will be given by the chef in English, Dutch or Indonesian. -The lunch will be the dishes we cooked.
- Certifi

COMBINATION COOK WORKSHOP AND STAY OVER. We have 2 bungalows available to stay (2 persons per bungalow).
This package will give you the full experience of time spend in the forest at the foot of the mountain, enjoying authentic Indonesian food, sleeping and waking up with amazing forest sounds. After the cooking workshop you can spend your time relaxing in Samasaya Garden and enjoy a complementary surprise dinner in the evening and grand breakfast in the morning.

- 11.00am Cook demo by the chef - 11.30am Start cooking workshop.
We will start the workshop with cooking some appetizers, enjoy eating those, and then continue to cook step by step the other dishes. Around 3.00pm you will enjoy the
